Our team at Aircon Mechanical Systems Inc. completed the replacement of four cooling towers located at 5 & 7 Concorde Place, Toronto. The new custom cooling towers were ordered in pieces to allow for them to be hoisted to the roofs of the two 37-storey buildings by helicopter. We planned all aspects of the project, including Transport Canada permits, notices, and cooperation with all relevant city services and neighbours, as well as the production of the project completion. We completed this project in a very tight timeframe to get the new cooling towers up and running before the cooling season.
