Project Description:
- This project consisted of the replacement of the existing chiller with 2 new 200 ton magnetic bearing high efficient chillers.
- All chilled water pumps and condensing water pumps were replaced with variable speed pumps
- Building Automation upgrades were complete
- New concrete housekeeping pads were installed for all new equipment
- 2 new autotranslineators were installed to feed all new mechanical equipment
- New refrigeration gas monitoring system was installed within the chiller room
